Advertising on the Internet Without a Website

Let's face it.. having a website built is no small expense unless you have a family member, friend or friend of a friend. Then you are at their mercy and will get your website when they have the time and gumption to build it.  Here is what you can do to get your business listed even without a website:

  • List your business on all the search engines with complete listings on places pages ie;  business info, hours,  brand names carried, area served, business owner info, special offers....... Use these pages to launch Google Boost, or AdWords pay per click marketing. Drive people to your places page!
  • Build a Facebook Page for Businesses and drive your customers to it. With so many people on Facebook (see my post; 'Why Advertise Small Businesses on Facebook') it is a strong possibility that many of your clients/customers are on it or have a family member on it. Use Facebook pay per click targeted advertising to enhance your experience!
  • Start blogging yourself! You can start right here, and also blog on industry and area appropriate sites. Choose your blogging sites that will best frame your business and be big enough to
  • Twitter is an awesome tool! Especially for service type businesses. Restaurants and Grills should always be Tweeting and telling their patrons that they are on Twitter.. This can save your reputation. Bad review?? Tweet, Blog and Post a response.. Let people know you are taking an active roll in protecting your reputation by confronting your bad reviews and offering sound solutions!
  • Do you want those clients/customers that have jobs, businesses, a steady income?? Get LinkedIn!!!!!
